Every published intake bot gets a permanent URL:

QR Code
ioZen generates a QR code for every published bot. Download it from the Share / Embed → Direct Link section.
The QR code resolves to your bot's direct link. It works with any phone camera — no app required.
Customizing the Slug
The bot's share URL slug is set when the bot is created. To change it, update the Share URL field in the intake bot settings.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Link shows 404 | Ensure the bot is published and the slug is correct |
| QR code doesn't scan | Download the high-resolution version from the dashboard. Low-resolution screenshots may not scan reliably |
| Want a custom domain | Custom domains are on the roadmap. For now, use URL shorteners (Bitly, etc.) for branded short links |
